- Organisational and/ or service performance evaluations
- Business planning and development of strategic business plans
- Drafting /reviewing contract proposals
- Commissioning strategies developed for various adult groups
- Policies and procedures reviewed and drafted (e.g. on safeguarding vulnerable adults)
- Project management e.g. implementation of new/ significant contracted services
- Training e.g. facilitating review days, developing an organisation’s business planning skills
