I am an experienced former CEO of a major arts / social enterprise charity, Cockpit Arts, and have been consulting for several years specialising in Organisational Development, Capacity Building and Change Management for a wide range of Arts and Social Enterprises as well as government quangos and local authorities. My work involves designing and conducting processes for building agreement about what steps are needed for a change process and establishing the momentum to see these steps through. This often involves working with the whole client system, looking at the organisation in the round. I am qualified Social Enterprise adviser; am a Trustee and Director of a number of charity and private sector organisations.
Client list includes Arts Council Wales and National Portfolio clients in conjunction with local authorities (Resilience Programmes), School for Social Entrepreneurs and programme participants including Museums, Galleries, Festivals, Dance and Theatre Companies as well as Social Enterprises operating in the areas of Disability and Education and International consultancy for NGOS on financial sustainability.
